The Flint Hills Review and Kevin Rabas invite the public to hear Hardy Jones at 7 pm on Monday, November 19, at Room 303, Plumb Hall, Emporia State University.

Jones is Director of Creative Writing at Cameron University. His fiction and nonfiction has appeared in more than 20 journals. His memoir “People of the Good God” was awarded a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts in 2001, and in 2006, his essay "Laotian New Year and Its Tradition" was the result of field research for the "New Populations Project" for the Louisiana Division of the Arts Folklife Program.
